Overview
MyStationHub is a platform for gas-station businesses to prepare station profiles, arrange equipment assessments, and, when activated, review fuel-tank monitoring information. This policy explains how MyStationHub handles personal and station-related information when you visit the website, create an account, contact support, or use connected sign-in. It also covers monitoring and billing information if those services are enabled for your account.
Information we collect
- Registration and account: business and contact names, business email address, telephone number, login credentials, email verification status, account and access settings.
- Station and equipment: station name and address, tank-gauge manufacturer and model, equipment serial numbers, installation requirements, customer-entered station drafts, configured alert recipients, and monitoring settings.
- Monitoring and service records: when monitoring is active, equipment connection status, fuel and water readings, tank alerts, reading and notification history, service events, troubleshooting information, and support requests.
- Subscription and payment details: plan selection, quotes, installation approvals, subscription status and payment-provider references when billing services are used. Payment information entered with a third-party payment provider is governed by that provider's disclosures.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device metadata, security and diagnostic events, and website request logs generated in providing and protecting the service.
Google and Apple sign-in
If you choose to connect Google (or Apple when available), the identity provider authenticates you and may send MyStationHub a unique provider account identifier, verified-email status, email address and basic profile claims permitted by the sign-in request. MyStationHub uses the provider's unique account identifier to associate that provider with the existing MyStationHub account you explicitly connect, to verify sign-in and to issue a MyStationHub session. Provider-issued identity tokens are verified on the server. MyStationHub does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google account content through this sign-in feature. We do not use Google sign-in information for advertising or sell it. Your regular MyStationHub password login remains available unless you separately change or disable it.
How we use information
We use information to create and verify accounts; manage stations, installation assessment and service activation; display monitoring readings and alerts where service is active; administer subscriptions or quotes; send verification, security, service and configured alert notifications; respond to support requests; keep audit and security records; diagnose technical issues; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not treat social sign-in as an automatic purchase or monitoring activation.
Retention and requests
Account, station, monitoring, subscription, support, and audit records may be retained while your account or services are active and afterward where reasonably needed for troubleshooting, transaction records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or backups. There is no single retention period for every category of record. You may request access, correction, account closure, or eligible deletion by emailing [email protected]. Removal of an account may involve review and does not necessarily erase records that must be retained for legitimate or legal reasons. Disconnecting a provider does not itself delete your MyStationHub account.
International access and children
MyStationHub serves businesses. It is not designed for children to register accounts. Our providers and service operations may process or access information in locations outside your state or country, subject to their applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect service changes or legal requirements and will post the revised date here. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate account or email notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
