Using MyStationHub
MyStationHub is a business-oriented platform for registering gas-station accounts, preparing station records, coordinating tank-gauge installation assessments, and accessing fuel monitoring and alerts when a location has been activated. These Terms describe the general conditions for using the website and services. Additional accepted installation quotations, service orders, and payment-provider agreements may apply to particular paid services.
Free registration and monitoring activation
Creating a free account and saving station drafts does not itself activate tank monitoring. Equipment assessment, compatibility checks, installation arrangements, acceptance of a separate quote where applicable, required payments, connection testing, and Master Admin approval may be necessary for live monitoring. Station eligibility and installation method depend on equipment, internet connectivity, location, and technician assessment. On-site service is generally offered in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas where available; other locations may need approved hardware shipped and remote assistance. These arrangements are not guaranteed for every station.
Subscriptions, payments and cancellation
Available plans, pricing and plan limits are described on the Subscriptions page and in your applicable quote or service order. One-time equipment and installation charges are separate from ongoing monitoring charges. A payment or renewal is not deemed canceled merely because a cancellation request is made in MyStationHub; cancellation of third-party recurring billing is effective only after confirmation by the actual payment provider. Refunds, if any, depend on the terms presented for the applicable transaction and governing law. MyStationHub will not represent a pending authorization or unconfirmed provider cancellation as a completed charge or refund.
Equipment, readings and alerts
Readings and alarms depend on equipment compatibility, local power, communication equipment, internet availability, installed collector or secure connection, and operational conditions. Readings, water alerts, connection notifications and history can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. MyStationHub is an operational information tool; it is not a substitute for physical tank checks, trained personnel, required safety inspections, emergency response, environmental compliance, or mandated leak-detection procedures. Follow all applicable laws, manufacturer guidance, and qualified technician instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers' systems, introduce malicious code, overwhelm the service, misrepresent station ownership, bypass security or billing restrictions, or connect equipment in a way that exposes a tank gauge to the public internet. You must have the legal right to provide the business, station, equipment, and contact information submitted to MyStationHub and to authorize alerts to recipients you configure.
Your information and our technology
You retain rights to information you lawfully provide. You permit MyStationHub to process that information to deliver the services and support your account, subject to the Privacy Policy. MyStationHub and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, designs, and materials. You may use the platform for your organization's authorized operations but may not redistribute or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by applicable law.
Availability and service changes
We work to make the service reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, unsupported equipment, provider issues, or network failures. Features and integrations may evolve or be limited while under development. We may update operational requirements, provided we honor obligations established under any separately accepted service agreement. Do not rely on a future integration or an unapproved subscription as an active service.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the website and unactivated or preview features are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free readings. Nothing here excludes consumer or business protections or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Particular service obligations, warranties, liability allocations, cancellation rights, and dispute terms may be further defined in a separately accepted agreement. If any provision conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that law controls.
